After the first 100 hours	Check the wheel-lug nuts.
Before each use or daily	Check the safety-interlock system. Check the engine-oil level. Clean the air-intake screen. Clean the grass and debris from the air-intake screen. Test the parking brake. Inspect the blades. Inspect the grass deflector for damage. Clean the mower deck.
Every 25 hours	Grease the caster wheel bearings. Clean the foam air-cleaner element—standard air cleaners only. Check the belts for wear or cracks.
Every 50 hours	Check the paper air-cleaner element—standard air cleaners only. Check the hydraulic fluid.
Every 100 hours	Change the engine oil. Check, clean and gap the spark plug. Check the battery. Check and clean the engine-cooling fins and shrouds.
Every 200 hours	Replace the paper air-cleaner element—standard air cleaners only. Change the engine-oil filter.
Every 250 hours	Replace the primary air filter (more often in dirty or dusty conditions)—heavy-duty air cleaners only. Check the safety air filter (more often in dirty or dusty conditions)—heavy-duty air cleaners only.
Every 300 hours	Check and adjust the valve clearance. Contact an Authorized Service Dealer.
