With a 37 hp Yanmar® Tier IV diesel engine and 1,300 lbs of rated operating capacity, it’s the user-friendly workhorse you need to save time. The exclusive INTELESCOPE® loader arm with SmartLoad adds 26" of reach, and the telescoped hinge-pin height of 109" means you can lift loads up and over the side of a dumpster or truck for maximum productivity. Plus, you can operate the Toro patented traction controls with one hand and thumb-controlled telescoping extension and auxiliary functions (in the loader arm control) with the other to pick, place and dump materials with ease all day long.

Maintenance Service Interval Maintenance Procedure
After the first 8 hours
  • Check and adjust the track tension.
After the first 50 hours
  • Change the engine oil and filter.
  • Check and adjust the track tension.
Before each use or daily
  • Inspect lift and tie-down points for structural integrity.
  • Grease the machine.(Grease immediately after every washing.)
  • Check the air-filter-service indicator.
  • Check the engine-oil level.
  • Clean the tracks and check for excessive wear and proper tension.
  • Clean the screen, oil cooler, and front of the radiator (more often in dirty or dusty conditions).
  • Check and clean the radiator screen
  • Check the coolant level in the expansion tank.
  • Remove debris from the machine.
  • Check for loose fasteners.
Every 25 hours
  • Check the hydraulic-fluid level.
  • Torque the loader arm adjustment screws.Check the torque whenever the lower loader arms rattle.
Every 50 hours
  • Drain water and other contaminants from the water separator.
  • Check the battery condition.
  • Check and adjust the track tension.
Every 100 hours
  • Remove the air-cleaner cover and clean out debris. (Clean more often in dirty or dusty conditions.)
  • Check the cooling system hoses.
  • Check the alternator-belt tension.
  • Check the hydraulic lines for leaks, loose fittings, kinked lines, loose mounting supports, wear, weather, and chemical deterioration.(Make necessary repairs before operating.)
  • Check for dirt buildup in the chassis.(More often in dirty conditions.)
  • Check the alternator/fan belt tension.
Every 250 hours
  • Change the engine oil and filter.
Every 400 hours
  • Check the fuel lines and connections for deterioration, damage, or loose connections.
  • Replace the hydraulic oil and filters (if not using Toro fluid).
Every 500 hours
  • Service the air cleaner.(Service more frequently in extremely dusty or dirty conditions).
  • Replacing the water separator filter.
  • Replace the Fuel Filter.
  • Drain and clean the fuel tank(s)—Authorized Service Dealer only.
  • Replace the alternator/fan belt (refer to the engine owner’s manual for instructions).
Every 800 hours
  • Change the engine coolant.
Every 1,000 hours
  • Replace the hydraulic oil and filters (if using Toro fluid).
