Agrisel Aquasel 53.8% is an aquatic-approved post-emergent herbicide made in the USA by Agrisel USA, containing 53.8% Glyphosate in a formulation specifically approved for use in and around bodies of water. Unlike standard glyphosate products which are not labeled for aquatic environments, Aquasel 53.8% is EPA approved for controlling emerged weeds in lakes, rivers, streams, ponds, drainage ditches, and similar waterways where standard herbicides cannot legally be used.

Aquasel 53.8% provides post-emergent control of a wide range of emerged aquatic and riparian weeds including:

• Cattails
• Common reed and phragmites
• Water hyacinth
• Alligator weed
• Emerged grassy weeds
• Riparian broadleaf weeds
• Willows and woody riparian vegetation
• Many other listed emergent aquatic species

Aquasel 53.8% is EPA labeled for use in and around:

• Lakes and ponds
• Rivers and streams
• Drainage ditches and canals
• Irrigation ditches
• Wetlands and marshes
• Riparian areas and shorelines
• Flood control channels
• Around water treatment facilities

Important note: Aquasel 53.8% must be applied to emerged vegetation above the water surface, not directly to open water. Apply Aquasel 53.8% to actively growing emerged vegetation using properly calibrated spray equipment. Apply to the above-ground plant tissue to the point of runoff. Do not apply when rainfall is expected within 4 hours. Always check state and local regulations before applying near water bodies.
